For the record, I slept a total of three times back on Sunday:

• From about 3 in the morning till about 10, for about seven hours;
• Then from about 1:30 to about 3, for 90 minutes;
• Finally from about 7 till about 9, for two hours.

Ten-and-a-half hours spread out over the course of a lazy Sunday?  I'll take it!
