So I'm in the lab dipping my hand in piss this morning.  Hadn't done it in a while while my co-workers have been in there before, so it's my turn.  Still, don't like it.  Anticipated it by going to bed early.  I think the last time I went in there my day turned real bad after another bad encounter back there, so I am going to do my best not to go to a dark space, and having a good night's sleep is hopefully one way to counteract that.  Five-and-a-half-to-six hours is, I also hope, is a way to start off on the right foot.  Wish me luck.
