Spent 3 1/2 hours walking an easy trail in Boulder, Colo., yesterday. Started in the afternoon but ended at dusk. And you know what? I loved it. Was afraid my bladder would burst, but I found a community center just before reaching the end. You know, walking shuts off your brain, or at least redirects the brain's efforts into walking and not thinking about how your family screwed you over. That's the closest I'll get to clearing my brain.
That's all I've got. Going to bed; waking up to move hotels in the early afternoon.
