Want to note something real quick: For the past few days, when I've been sleeping in my car for lunch while at work, I've felt a pain on my right side, as if either my kidney is folded up wrong (maybe that doesn't make any sense) or I have a kidney stone there.  I don't feel this ache when I'm sitting or up and about.  But boy, do I feel it when I lie down.

Do I have something?

Is this a sign of getting old?
