You know, I remember the second week of the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament last year, after Duke crashed out against Kansas, killing off my bracket with none of my picks reaching the Final Four, and I absolutely was crushed. So crushed, in fact, that I decided to seriously consider not playing anymore. I'm no good at it, so why do I even bother pissing away money like this?
Well, fast forward to this week, where I printed a bracket, spent hours online looking for the inside dirt on teams, and just tonight I PayPaled the two people who run the two brackets I have signed up for for years. Whatever navel-gazing I vowed to have, well, I totally forgot.
