Final Bracketology, According To The Bracket Matrix

I once again thank The Bracket Matrix for its job in aggregating all the bracketologists out there into one hive mind/groupthink bracket.  As of press time, they say they have The Final Bracket from which to compare the actual bracket from the NCAA.  With that in mind, here are the teams on the cutline, in order according to The Bracket Matrix:

• The Real Last Four In: Utah St., USC, Providence, Mississippi St.
• Play-In Games/Would Be The Top Seeds In The NIT Of A Just And Righteous World: N. C. St., Rutgers, Pittsburgh, Arizona St.
• Actually, It Should Be Called The Last Three Teams Out (I have noticed that once all the championship Games are decided, there aren't a lot of teams that are considered to be out; according to TBM, three teams [Clemson, North Carolina and Wisconsin] have only one bracketologist apiece thinking it's in, so I'm leaving those teams out of the mix): Nevada, Oklahoma St., Vanderbilt
