I should have added more to my previous blog post that alludes to the title, which is a reference to the book and movie Carrie. I feel as though I am being lulled and lured in by people with smiles on their faces but a dastardly agenda. I'll let my guard down and begin to smile, and then, boom! pig's blood will rain down on my head. And that's where the similarity ends because I don't have supernatural powers to kill all my enemies.
What I should have succinctly said was I am frightened that this is a set-up to make me look really, really bad. I don't know what I'm walking into.
