This is the second time this week, and I think the third or fourth time in the past couple weeks, where I have fallen asleep around the 10 o'clock hour, not meaning to sleep -- I even kept my TV on expecting to watch Letterman -- and instead sleeping the whole night through. My body obviously needs the rest, and it feels as if the routine of the work schedule, and possibly the changing weather outside, has convinced my body to finally go to bed early.
I feel refreshed, no doubt. On the downside it means I might have to write out pity blog posts like this.
