A Good Break

Wouldn't you know it ... I took this day off because I thought I would be working the Game tonight.  But then I didn't hear till Friday that they had everyone they needed.  I still took the day off because my supervisor built an appointment to a doctor around seeing that doctor after filling in for me at work today.

Well, well, well ... got home just now after getting my shoes shined and eating some Cyber Monday deals at Potbelly and Chick-Fil-A for lunch.  I was planning on exercising this afternoon -- but I just got a text from the MNF contact saying that someone got sick.  Can I fill in?  Hell yes I can fill in!
