It's been killing me the past several days. But even though I'm not sure it's the reason I woke up (my body clock is now just used to waking up the same time as normal people), when I woke up just now my back was ailing me like a motherfucker.
Not too long ago I mentioned here how good my back felt even though I had not been doing the exercises prescribed to me. Maybe now it's catching up to me.
In case something really bad happens, I want to note this now.
