Addendum To: Air Should Be Free, Dammit!
Well, that website I alluded to in this blog post was right, at least about this gas station not too far away from me. It is free. Also, it's not just a hose with a nozzle and air blowing through it. No, it's a "smart" pump; you can set the pressure at the right, or your preferred, pounds per square inch (PSI), press a button, then shove that nozzle against the tire stem. When it's at that number, the machine beeps and you take off the pump. I did that and re-measured, and it was at 33 PSI, which I put on the machine. Now, it's not what I wanted. What I wanted was 32.5 PSI. But the machine doesn't do half-PSIs.
